I was honestly skeptical at first because the gummies didn’t make me feel overwhelmingly tired. But once I put my phone down and turned off the TV, I noticed a big difference. Before taking these, I would toss and turn for hours and sometimes wouldn’t fall asleep until 2–3 AM, only to wake up a few hours later. Now, I’m usually asleep within 20–30 minutes and can sleep for about 7 hours straight without waking up. That is VERY new for me! I really like that these help me stay asleep through the night. So far, I’m definitely pleased with them. The container cute, and the taste is fine .

Flavor is good. I take 2 Gummies a day it takes a while for me to get tired when I do fall asleep I stay asleep for maybe 2 hours or 3 hours max, and then I am wide awake again. I’m Still an insomniac so it helps me fall asleep faster, but it doesn’t help me. Stay asleep.
