Thank you for shopping with BKVP. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped.
If your order has already been processed, shipped, or handed over to the carrier, we may not be able to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at service@bkvpus.com with your order number.
Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days after the order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at service@bkvpus.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Original shipping fees, shipping protection, and insurance fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@bkvpus.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Our support team will review the issue and help you with a replacement, refund, or other solution.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
• Items without original packaging
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personal care or hygiene-related products that have been opened
• Items returned without prior approval
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need assistance, please contact us at service@bkvpus.com.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
